This wedge shaped reed spline is used to secure the cane webbing into the chairs that have a groove. The spline is sold in 6’ lengths and 50' and 100' foot bundles of various lengths.

It is very important to select the proper size spline. For example, if the groove in your chair is ¼" wide, you would use the size #9½. If you are unsure of the size needed, please send us a sample and we will happily measure it for you.
